IQGC Awards & Gamers Connect Data Processing and Privacy Agreement • 2026 Edition
This Data Processing, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy Agreement ("Agreement") establishes the legally binding framework governing your access, submission, and participation across the Gamers Connect Awards 2026 and IQGC Community digital platforms. By submitting this form or clicking "Confirm & Accept", you irrevocably consent to the comprehensive terms and conditions set forth below:
Section 1: Scope, Preamble & Legal Definitions
1.1. This Agreement constitutes an enforceable, legally binding covenant between you ("Registrant" or "User") and the organizing committee of Gamers Connect Awards 2026, IQGC Community, and affiliated governmental, commercial, and technical patrons ("Event Management").
1.2. This Agreement governs all personal, technical, and contact information furnished through this application or related digital services, remaining valid and enforceable before, during, and subsequent to the event's execution.
1.3. "Personal Information" denotes any identifier capable of distinguishing your identity directly or indirectly, including legal names, electronic mail addresses, mobile numbers, WhatsApp handles, demographic brackets, social accounts, and project descriptions.
Section 2: Categories of Personal & Technical Information Collected
2.1. We collect and store data voluntarily disclosed upon registration, encompassing personal identity details, communication identifiers, and gaming industry participation classifications (general attendee, independent developer, content creator, or commercial partner).
2.2. Our digital infrastructure automatically collects companion technical telemetries, including Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser profiles, session timestamps, and device identifiers, strictly for verification, security auditing, and system integrity safeguards.
Section 3: Operational, Analytical & Administrative Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. Collected records are processed to administer admission logistics, attendance filtering, and seat capacity allocations at the auditorium and exhibition zones.
3.2. Data is synthesized into aggregated statistical summaries to evaluate community demographics and enhance the operational quality of forthcoming gaming and digital summits.
Section 4: Authorized Third-Party Data Sharing, Commercial Sponsorship & Promotional Disclosure
4.1. Explicit Authorization for Third-Party Transfer: Submitting this registration serves as an irrevocable authorization permitting Event Management to disclose, transfer, and deliver your contact credentials (full name, phone number, and email address) to authorized third parties, including:
• Official Event Sponsors, Governmental Entities (including the Iraqi Ministry of Communications), Telecommunication & ISP Conglomerates, Game Publishing Studios, Beverage Corporations, and Hardware Brands.
• Strategic Media Outlets, Exhibition Managers, and Production Partners.
• Cloud infrastructure vendors and automated marketing dispatch engines.
4.2. Permitted Use Cases by Third Parties: Disclosed information shall be legitimately employed for:
a) Targeted Commercial Marketing: Distributing commercial partner incentives, product promotions, and sponsor offers tailored to tech and gaming audiences.
b) Subsequent Community Invitations: Transmitting formal invitations to subsequent summits, competitive tournaments, and industry showcases hosted by IQGC or corporate partners.
c) Ecosystem Analytics: Developing industry reports regarding video game consumer preferences and development trends.
Section 5: Direct Marketing Communication Channels & Targeted Advertising
5.1. Providing contact credentials constitutes affirmative opt-in consent to receive promotional dispatches, partner bulletins, and organizational updates across the following vectors:
- Electronic Mail Campaigns (Direct Email).
- Short Message Service (SMS Telephony).
- Instant Messaging Protocols (including WhatsApp and Telegram).
5.2. You acknowledge that communications may contain commercially sponsored content and waive any claims alleging unsolicited commercial dispatches (spam).
Section 6: Media Release, Event Filming, Photography & Public Broadcast Rights
6.1. Attendance at Gamers Connect Awards 2026 venue locations involves active media presence, live telecasts, and professional photography.
6.2. You grant Event Management and strategic media partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to capture, record, broadcast, and publish your voice, likeness, and visual appearance across promotional broadcasts, documentaries, and social channels without financial compensation.
Section 7: Digital Tracking Technologies, Cookies, Security & Data Retention
7.1. Our web environments utilize tracking cookies, session beacons, and analytic tags to evaluate traffic patterns and display personalized digital content.
7.2. Registry entries are maintained in secured cloud databases for the timeframe deemed necessary to sustain continuous multi-year community engagement and marketing activities.
Section 8: Attendance Vetting, Limitation of Liability, Amendments & Governing Jurisdiction
8.1. Registering does not guarantee admission. Due to finite theater capacity at Iraqi Cinema (Jadriya Mall), submissions undergo competitive qualification review. Verified admission credentials will be delivered prior to November 28, 2026.
8.2. Event Management reserves full authority to modify these provisions at its discretion, with amendments taking immediate effect upon publication.
8.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, with exclusive dispute jurisdiction reserved for the competent courts of Baghdad.
